Dr. R.M.C.V. Prasada Rao
Founding Promoter and Managing Director

Dr. Prasada Rao possesses a rich domain experience in capital markets, insurance, mutual funds, stock broking, banking and financial institutions both as a consultant and trainer. He is the founding promoter of RLP Securities Private Limited. Under the aegis of Mr. Prasada Rao, RLP Securities has accomplished memberships in National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, MCX Stock Exchange, Depository participant in CDSL.

He holds a Ph.D doctorate in statistics from Andhra University and functioned as an Assistant Professor for 17 years in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University. He taught various courses at graduation and post graduation levels.

With 12 years of domain experience in stock broking, he pioneered many path-breaking financial advisory, stock trading, commodity and depository support services for diverse individual and institutional investors.
His illustrious career, include the following assignments:

• Chairman, Association of National Exchanges Members of India, Southern region, Andhra Pradesh chapter (2007 – 2010)
• Director, National Council of Association National Exchanges Members of India (2007 – 2010)
• Executive Member, Capital Markets, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Banking Committee of Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2007 – 2008)
• Managing Trustee, Shri Shirdi Saibaba Temple, Dwarakapuri Colony, Punjagutta, Hyderabad (Since 2001)

Mrs. R. Leela Prasad
Founding Promoter and Director

Mrs. Leela Prasad prosses about 15 years of hands-on experience in stock broking services, financial advisory activities. Mrs. Leela Prasad is one of the Founding promoters of RLP Securities Private Limited. At RLP, she supervises and monitors the various activities with a view to securing overall efficiency, service delivery and support to the valued customers.

Mrs. Leela Prasad holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce. .

Mr. G. Muralidhar
Vice President – Operations

Mr. G Muralidhar possesses around two decades of experience in Capital Markets.

At RLP, he coordinates all the stock trading and financial service operations . His special areas of focus are in financial sector specific surveillance models, risk management, financial market analysis, assessing industry trends, organizing investor awareness programs and training sessions.

Prior to his association with RLP, he was associated with some of the reputed Chartered Accountancy firms. Mr. Muralidhar possesses a Bachelors degree in Science

Mr. Ch. V. A. Varaprasad
Vice President – Finance

Mr. Varaprasad has around 9 years of financial domain experience. As Vice-President, he initiated many industry-centric service initiatives to offer totally customizable services to the clients.

Mr. Varaprasad is specialized in the areas of financial system design, service model initiation, financial compliance management, designing services in capital markets, etc. He possesses a Masters Degree in Commerce.

Mr. K. Srinivasa Rao
Senior Manager – Systems

Mr. K Srinivasa Rao has around 9 years of rich experience in IT system administration and networking. He has hands-on expertise in handling advanced network environments, applications, database management.

At RLP, he manages the entire online trading systems, platforms, interfaces, applications, security and databases. He also takes care of system procurements, system integrations, hardware and software installations, network establishments and management, database creation, control and management.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao is a Graduate in Commerce and has done a special course in Network and Database Management.

Mr. P. Ramesh
Manager – Commodities

Mr. P. Ramesh has 9 years of experience in system administration. He has hand-on expertise handling online technical tools and online trading applications, systems and consulting services.

At RLP, he is in-charge of delivering comprehensive commodities services for diverse clients. He possesses a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
